BROUGHT to you by Tropics Entertainment, the Witch Watch series from Jump Comics and created by manga artist Kenta Shinohara, is a fantasy-romance series that follows Morihito Otogi, a high schooler with demon powers, who becomes the familiar of his childhood friend, Nico, a young witch undergoing training creating a whimsical and hilarious dynamic.
In addition to the series' production being supervised by its original author, world renowned Japanese pop music duo Yoasobi performs the official opening theme song
Watch me! which already has created immense anticipation and buzz amongst anime fans.
The Malaysian premiere of
Witch Watch is set to kick off at Dadi Cinema Pavilion Kuala Lumpur on 22 March, Saturday at 3pm creating an exclusive opportunity for fans to catch the first three episodes and also be treated to special behind-the-scenes interviews with voice actors and director.
Especially for the watch party, fans will be treated to inclusive local language subtitles in English, Mandarin and Malay subtitles.
Additionally, fans will also receive limited-edition
Witch Watch collectibles such as bookmarks and Nico acrylic keychains.
Tickets will be priced at RM45 to the watch party which will go on sale on the 7 March, Friday at 5pm via

In addition to the Malaysian
Witch Watch party in celebration of the anime’s release, the party will always take place across Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand as a regional affair.
The recently released Japanese teaser trailer has already generated buzz, having fans raving on the series and characters, one fan mentioned "Animated Nico is even cuter!"
The highly anticipated double-season anime
Witch Watch will officially begin airing on 6 April 2025, so get ready for a magical adventure filled with comedy, chaos, and charm.
Fans will also be able to catch it on Crunchyroll, Bstation, iQIYI, and Laftel.
